Satisfaction Results

Union Health Service has completed its annual Satisfaction Surveys for 2023.

The Member Satisfaction survey link was sent out by email through a Survey Monkey email invitation. The survey was available for approximately three weeks and consist of standard CAHPs-like questions, with a few additional questions that touched on Health Education and Wellness activities. 

A reminder email was sent to recipients who did not open the email after each week. A reminder to take the survey was made available in the quarterly Union Health Service Newsletter.
